RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Timeframes
Most items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that eligibility may vary depending on the product.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by the packing slip
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item. In cases where an incorrect item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Personalized or monogrammed items
Special-order items
Clearance items
Holiday-themed or Christmas items
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Exchanges for Damaged Items
Damaged or defective items may be eligible for exchange only (no refunds). Damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery by contacting support@pawsyco.net
with photos or videos showing the issue.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will reship it after verification. However, once the tracking status shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
How to Initiate a Return

with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions and return authorization.

All orders are shipped from our USA facility within 2–4 business days.
USA Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout and covers loss or damage during transit. To file a claim, contact support@pawsyco.net
Can I return my purchase?
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
